Hello everyone! My name is Logan Wille and I am currently a student at Brigham Young University. I am working on a undergraduate degree in Public Health and have enjoyed my learning experiences within the realm of health. Within the next year or so, I plan to continue my education in the Master’s program of Public Health. I love how public health focuses on the prevention of diseases and injuries at the community level. I became very interested in asthma a few years back when I was visiting my sister and her family. While I was visiting her, her little son went through an asthma attack. We did not know what it was at first. It was a very scary experience for us all. With medical tests and what not, we soon discovered the little guy had asthma. I have now learned about asthma in many of my chronic disease and environmental health classes. It is a very intriguing chronic illness and there is much research on how to effectively treat one’s asthma.
